upper body and core strength, coordination
and agility.
This activity is held at a beautiful new
dance studio in Puerto Banus, with 7 poles
and experienced instructors who promise
to turn even the shyest performers into
toned & sultry Pole Princesses !!!!!

What to wear
You should wear something that you
can move and feel comfortable in. We
recommend shorts/hot pants and a vest
top. If you are daring you can even bring
along a sexy dress. (It is important to have
bare arms and legs in order to get
a good grip of the pole). Remember to
bring your high heel shoes or boots to
get a real feel for your performance.
